Product image production was creating a bottleneck. Files were being handled inconsistently across the team, and too much time was going into repetitive manual tasks that did not need to be done by hand.

I redesigned the workflow from scratch, introducing Photoshop scripting to automate batch processing of product images and implementing cleaner file management practices across the team. The result was faster turnaround, more consistent output, and fewer errors. It also freed the team up to focus on work that actually required creative judgment.
