School Health produces 9 product catalogs a year serving healthcare providers, schools, and institutions across the country. Each catalog runs hundreds of pages, covers thousands of products across healthcare, PE, and special education categories, and requires coordinating content across product management, marketing, and the creative team over a six-month production cycle. Doing that nine times a year with a small in-house team does not leave much room for error.

I design and direct the full production process, from initial layout and grid systems through final prepress. That means managing high volumes of product content, keeping visual consistency across hundreds of pages, and holding the production schedule together through multiple rounds of updates and revisions from multiple stakeholders. I also led the effort to bring catalog production fully in-house from outside vendors, which improved turnaround time, tightened quality control, and reduced production costs significantly.
