This project includes the design and production of multiple large-scale product catalogs created annually to support healthcare professionals in selecting medical and educational products. Each catalog contains hundreds of items and requires coordination across teams over an extended production cycle.

My Role

I played a key role in managing the design and production process, working closely with designers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery.

The Challenge

The project involves a high volume of content, frequent updates, and input from multiple stakeholders. Maintaining consistency while adapting to changes—and keeping everything on schedule—was a constant challenge.

What I did
